1. Introduction

Welcome to LineP2P, a peer-to-peer cryptocurrency payment platform operated by SCS Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States.

By accessing or using the LineP2P platform, website, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

LineP2P provides a non-custodial payment infrastructure that allows merchants to accept cryptocurrency payments (USDT and USDC) directly into their personal wallets. We do not hold, store, or control customer funds at any time.

These Terms of Service constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "User" or "Merchant") and SCS Group LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Service Description

LineP2P is a non-custodial payment gateway that enables merchants to generate payment invoices and receive cryptocurrency payments directly to their designated wallet addresses. Our services include:

  • Generation of payment invoices and shareable payment links
  • Real-time payment monitoring across supported blockchain networks
  • Webhook notifications for payment confirmation
  • REST API for programmatic integration with third-party platforms

LineP2P acts solely as a technological intermediary. All cryptocurrency transactions occur directly on the respective blockchain networks and are irreversible once confirmed.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must register an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. KYC and Identity Verification

LineP2P does not require Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification to use the platform.

LineP2P is a non-custodial technology platform that facilitates direct peer-to-peer cryptocurrency payments. We do not handle, process, transmit, or custody any funds at any time. All payments occur directly between the payer and the merchant on the blockchain. As such, we are not a money transmitter, payment processor, or financial intermediary under applicable law, and we are not legally obligated to collect KYC information from our users.

  • You are not located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency payments are prohibited or restricted
  • You are not a sanctioned person or entity under US or international law
  • You will not use our services for any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud
  • You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are involved in illegal activities, and we may cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law.

5. Fees and Payments

LineP2P is offered as a monthly subscription of $4.99 USD, charged in USDC, with unlimited transactions and no per-transaction fees. New accounts receive a 3-day free trial. If payment is not made, access to the platform (creating invoices, links, and API) is suspended until the subscription is paid.

The subscription is payable in USDC on any supported network unless otherwise specified. Failure to pay when due will block new invoices and API access until the outstanding subscription is settled.

6. Non-Custodial Nature

LineP2P is a non-custodial platform. We do not hold, store, transfer, or have access to user funds at any time.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All cryptocurrency payments are sent directly from your customers to your designated wallet address on the blockchain
  • We have no control over, nor liability for, any blockchain transaction delays, failures, or reversals
  • You are solely responsible for securing your private keys and wallet addresses
  • We cannot recover funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses or blockchain networks

7. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

While LineP2P does not require KYC, we are committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Our AML measures include:

  • Transaction monitoring and analysis to detect suspicious patterns
  • IP address and usage data logging for fraud prevention
  • Cooperation with law enforcement and regulatory authorities when legally required
  • Suspension and reporting of suspicious activities to relevant authorities
  • Maintaining records of transactions as required by applicable law

Users are prohibited from using LineP2P for any activity that violates anti-money laundering laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts and report suspicious activity without prior notice.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use LineP2P for any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
  • Fraudulent transactions, chargeback schemes, or deceptive practices
  • Transactions involving illegal goods, services, or activities
  • Attempting to bypass, manipulate, or abuse our subscription or payment system
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform
  • Using automated tools or scripts that abuse our API or services
  • Any activity that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international laws

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any blockchain network congestion, delays, or failures that may affect transaction processing.

Cryptocurrency transactions are inherently risky. You assume full responsibility for understanding the risks involved, including but not limited to market volatility, network forks, and technological changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCS GROUP LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your ability to create new invoices will cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the platform. Any outstanding fee obligations will survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
